How is your product packaged?

Most items are packaged (by volume) in 32 oz bottles (-B suffix), 160 oz jugs (-J), or bulk boxes typically ranging from 10-25 lbs (-X).

Items packaged differently will be mentioned in the item descriptions.

How does your product ship?

All online orders currently ship via UPS ground. If you would like other arrangements made, please contact us before placing the order online.

Free shipping at $70 is only available for ground shipping on orders placed online.

When does your product ship?

Orders ship every business day, M-F (except for holidays). Orders typically ship in 1-2 business days from the order being placed, depending on what time the order is received. Orders frequently ship the same day they are placed.

Items that are not in stock could require more than 2 days to ship. You will be contacted as soon as we know there might be an inventory problem to make adjustments to your order if necessary.

Orders placed after 11 AM (central) on Thursdays may not ship until Monday.

How long do shipments take to get to me?

All product ships from area code 68025. Please consult the chart above for typical ground ship times. If you would like faster shipping, please contact us directly. Our free shipping offer is not available in Alaska & Hawaii. Customers there should contact us directly to make arrangements.

What if I want my shipment faster?

Contact us directly at 402-727-4600 to make different shipping or pick-up arrangements. Please note that online offers such as free shipping at $70 and other online specials are NOT available anywhere other than the online store.

Do you offer free samples?

All sample requests should be submitted via the email form on the "Contact Us" page.

Can I return damaged product or product that I am unhappy with?

Typically, due to shipping costs and food safety concerns, we do not accept returned products. If there is a problem with product damaged in shipment, please contact us directly at 402-727-4600. We will investigate the issue via phone and determine whether to send replacement product or issue a store credit.

A digital photo that can be submitted via email will speed the process up considerably, so please consider that before throwing away any product.
